TYPICAL SERVICES

1. Initial planning:
·Design brief development
·Initial space planning
·Agreement/advice on initial set up/budgetary requirements
·Advise other professionals (M & E consultants, architects, cost consultants etc.) on service requirements, space and costs

2. Design development, providing the following services:
·Working with Client and caterer to ensure equipment and space match service provision and budget expectations.
·Produce latest version AutoCAD layout drawings
·Produce elevated drawings (if appropriate)
·Preparation of M & E services requirement schedules
·Detailed equipment specification and tender documents.
·Mechanical and electrical services requirement drawings
·Liaison with all other professionals throughout contract period
·Liaison with local authorities/statutory bodies (EHO/Fire officer etc.)
·Technical analysis of tender bids and advise on successful contractor

3. From appointment of a specialist contractor
·Ensure specialist contractor supplies and installs specified equipment and services, on time and ‘snag free’
·Oversee staff training and contractor’s after sales performance
